Sal's Famous Sauce is a sauce made by Sal, who is Hop Pop's friend. After years of refusing to market his special sauce for sandwiches, Sal eventually shut down his sandwich shop and decided to promote his sauce instead, leading him to create Sauce, Inc. and source his sauce all over Newtopia.

The sauce is red and liquid, and is served in a glass bottle with a label featuring Sal winking in his fedora.
