The Pet-Vets is a veterinarian clinic located in Los Angeles, California that does checkups and prescribes medication for animals on Earth.
Appearance[]
The building has a large sign at the front displaying the logo and a paw print on top. Above the text, there's a cat and a dog being hugged by a veterinarian. Underneath the sign, there is a light red canopy. Underneath the canopy is a window and the entrance door. On the side of the building, there's wall artwork of various animals walking in a line. On top of that, there seems to be another set of windows.
Interior[]
- Waiting area: At the front is a waiting area with multiple chairs and animal paintings on the walls. There also is a table with toys and magazines on top of it. Underneath the table is a lime green carpet. Throughout the rest of the fort is boxes of treats.
- Treatment offices: The inside of the treatment offices have a hand washing station and other medical equipment above and on top of the desk. There is also a blue checkered reflective floor. There is also another painting of an animal. Underneath the painting, there is a metal table where the animals are put to be examined.
Background[]
In "Adventures in Catsitting", when Domino has a vet appointment, but none of the Boonchuys can take her as Anne has a dentist appointment that her mother is taking her to, and her father has to work at the Thai Go restaurant, the Plantars offer to take her. After a long, inconvenient drive, they manage to arrive in time for the vet to check Domino. During the appointment, the Plantars start bombarding the vet with questions about frogs, and he begins to notice the Plantars' similarities to frogs. As a result, the Plantars quickly leave, but during the escape, Domino's cage opens and she takes advantage of it and escapes. The Plantars notice this outside the vet's office, and later find her in a Shawarma restaurant.
