Mr. Littlepot is the main fictional antagonist of Hop Pop's Shut-In story, Dead End, in the episode "The Shut-In!".

Appearance[]

Mr. Littlepot is a tall, skinny frog with red skin and a tan underbelly. He has brown hair and a little beard on his chin. He has yellow eyes with orange irises. He wears a black bowler hat to cover his bald head, a black trench coat with an hourglass pin on the left collar, a gray vest over a white dress shirt and a black striped tie, and long gray-striped pants. He walks around with a cane with a golden bird head on the top, which can become a scythe, and carries a golden pocket watch with him.

Personality[]

Mr. Littlepot appears to be calm, polite, and well-mannered. He has a strong sense of punctuality, wanting to stay on schedule, so he can claim his victims when their time is up.

Background[]

In Hop Pop's story Dead End, which is about his first day as a wagoneer many years ago, Mr. Littlepot is a traveler Hop Pop picked up while on the road. He gives Hop Pop a list of addresses to stop by, as well as requesting that when he asks Hop Pop to drive on, he will do so. While taking off, Littlepot is about to pay him, but Hop Pop insists he could do so at the end, if he is satisfied with the service, prompting Mr. Littlepot to compliment him for being an honest frog.

Their first stop was for a farmer named Old Man Hopkins who had Red Leg. Mr. Littlepot walks inside and takes him, then reappears in the wagon, telling Hop Pop on to the next stop. When Hop Pop hears a woman finding Old Man Hopkins having trouble waking up, Hop Pop wants to go check, but Mr. Littlepot says they have a schedule to keep. They then go to another farmer, where Hop Pop sees a slaughter snake before Mr. Littlepot disappears once again, and assumes Mr. Littlepot went in to warn her about it. Mr. Littlepot reappears in the wagon and tells Hop Pop time is wasting, and although Hop Pop wanted to check on the farmer after hearing her scream, Mr. Littlepot tells him to drive and asks if he was going against their agreement. So, Hop Pop drives on nervously.

Hop Pop then remarks that "death has been following them wherever they go", only for Mr. Littlepot to reveal he is death itself and tells Hop Pop he didn't do anything to those frogs, claiming he only took them where they need to be. He also informs Hop Pop that there is one stop left, and he must pay him. As Hop Pop looks at the list, his farm was on the list, to his horror.

Hop Pop begs Mr. Littlepot not to kill him, but Mr. Littlepot transforms his cane into a scythe and lets out a cackle that Hop Pop's time is up. He then strikes at Hop Pop, only to cut off Hop Pop's hair, which he takes and put on his head and then takes off leaving Hop Pop bald, ending his story on how he lost his hair.

Mr. Littlepot reappears in the final scene of the episode, along with the Seamstress and Screen Fiend, all cackling together.
