Jacinda is a minor character of Amphibia. She was the official emissary of Newtopia.
In the series' epilogue, Jacinda became part of "Bog & The Boys Moving & Junk Service".

Appearance[]
Jacinda is a short and portly newt with purple skin who wears scholarly clothing. She has footprint-shaped marks on her cheeks.
Background[]
In "Toad to Redemption", she and her 2 newt guards were sent by Newtopia to Wartwood Swamp, to notify Mayor Toadstool that he had been named the new Head Toad of Toad Tower, replacing Grime. After she informed him that they would leave Wartwood for Toad Tower at sundown, Toadstool hesitates at that moment, and asks what would happen if he refused to become the Head Toad, and she says that he would rot in one of "the deepest, darkest dungeons" in all Amphibia. After that, Toadstool realizes that in reality, he loves Wartwood, and doesn't want to leave, so with the help of Anne and the Plantars, he attempts to prove to Jacinda that he is not suitable for the job, so she will have to find someone else.
However, all the attempts to make Jacinda believe that Toadstool is not suitable for the job fail, and they end up making Jacinda believe that he is the right one. Toadstool, seeing the failure of his plan, decides to leave and pack his bags, but Toadie had already packed both of their bags, but Jacinda, in a mocking way, informs Toadie that he will be revoked from his position, because she will be Toadstool's assistant in the Toad Tower, instead of him, making him faint. Seeing this, Toadstool decides to confront her, but before it is over, Bog, Fens, Mire, and remnants of what was the old Toad Army (except Grime, Sasha, Braddock and Percy), appear to take revenge against Toadstool and all the folks of Wartwood, making a fight between them and the town. After Toadstool's lying skills, with the help of the town, defeat Bog and his army, he tells Jacinda that he is ready to leave, but she stops him and tells him that she has decided that Bog will be Head Toad, instead of Toadstool, seeing the strength and extremes Bog has, since he was determined to burn the whole town. They left together with Fens, Mire, and the reorganized Toad Army to Toad Tower, leaving Toadstool with his current position as mayor still intact.
By the events of the epilogue of "The Hardest Thing", she's opened a moving and junk removal company with Bog, Mire, and Fens.
