The Dyoplosaurus was a huge high-powered exoskeleton used by King Andrias in his fight with Anne Boonchuy during the invasion of Earth. In the end, it was destroyed by Anne with her powers.
Appearance[]
The Dyoplosaurus is a gargantuan light-purple and dark violet mech exoskeleton with orange flowing energy lining the tail, chest plate, arms, and legs. There is a deep purple wraparound shield on the waist with frog legs and warty designs, with a plum shaped main body and pauldrons with another wart-like design.(Many other designs in the show have something similar, such as Sasha's pauldrons on her rebellion armor.) It also includes cuffs around the wrist and metal-plated feet. The head is a crescent-moon resembling an axolotl, connecting to the juxtaposed newt-like design.
When ready to battle, an orange energy flows through its chest, arms, legs, and tail before creating energy membranes around the sides of its head.
Powers and abilities[]
- Strength: The Dyoplosaurus has enormous strength and is even capable of fighting on equal grounds with a Calamity-powered Anne.
- Speed & Flight: Thanks to the thrusters in its legs, the Dyoplosaurus can fly at a high enough speeds to keep up with a Calamity-Powered Anne all though Los Angeles seeming to even outspeed her at some moments.
- Missiles: From its shoulders the Dyoplosaurus can shoot multilabel missiles to overwhelm enemies with explosive force.
- Plasma Olms: From the red spots on its tail, the Dyoplosaurus can shoot plasma blasts in the shape of olms.
- Flamethrower: The left arm of the Dyoplosaurus has a built-in flamethrower.
Background[]
The Dyoplosaurus was an enormous mech-suit constructed during the early days of Newtopia.[1] Over a thousand years later, King Andrias was ready for a battle against Anne Boonchuy, and came equipped the Dyoplosaurus, and promised to stop the invasion if she can defeat him in single combat, but would continue destroying Los Angeles, California if she refused. Anne battled Andrias, but the mech proved to be more of a match for her. Mr. X then played one of Anne's favorite songs to help everyone cheer for Anne, and a motivated Anne then powered up, and started to get the upper hand until Anne's powers timed out. Andrias then knocked her down on a building and was preparing to finish her off. However, Sprig came to the rescue and revealed he was in possession of a letter from Leif. Sprig then read it out loud, which caused Andrias to have a breakdown after learning she still cared about him. This distraction provided Anne to recharge her powers while Darcy attempted to force him to continue fighting Anne until Sasha Waybright cut off the wire to Darcy's helmet freeing Marcy.
Once Anne powered-up again, she began to charge at Andrias, intending to deliver the final strike to the Dyoplosaurus. Though Andrias was angry to see Anne about to defeat him, he eventually allowed himself to be defeated as he opened the Mech which Anne to blow right through him and destroyed the Dyoplosaurus. This resulted in Anne winning her fight against Andrias and ending the invasion, saving Earth.

- It also shares its name with a genus of ankylosaurid dinosaur.
