The Amygdala Woods is a location in Amphibia. It is home to brain mushrooms and the first temple.
According to the official map of Amphibia included with the physical copy of Marcy's Journal: A Guide to Amphibia, these woods are located northwest of the Mold Rot Forest which is also northwest of the Frog Valley, the South Tower, and the town of Wartwood. Furthermore, it is located southwest of the city of Newtopia.

The Amygdala Woods are home to the first temple and its adjoining outhouse. The woods are filled with glowing Gyromitra esculenta (Brain Mushrooms).
