Amphibia: Strange Voyage is an upcoming ten-issue graphic novel miniseries and spin-off of the Disney Channel animated series Amphibia. Written by Matt Braly and illustrated by Beatrice Bovo, and published by Disney Books and TokyoPop, the novel will be a continuation of the series and follow Sprig and his friends exploring a new continent in an adventure.[2][1]
Trivia[]
- The series was announced during the TokyoPop book signing for The Art of Amphibia at the Barnes and Noble located at The Grove at Farmers Market in Los Angeles.[3]
- Prior to the miniseries' announcement, during Anime Expo 2024, Braly expressed interest in a continuation to the show depending on whether there was high support for the art book and Marcy's Journal: A Guide to Amphibia.[4]
- The series was later teased in a 2025 promotional art Braly made for the art book. The bench in the image has a message in Amphibian alphabet that, decoded, reads "A strange voyage is coming".[5]
