The Core, King Andrias and Captain Grime could be the three main antagonists of Amphibia if people like Mo Basit, Nightsilver and KYLIE1114 don't want Core to be the main antagonist of Amphibia because the heroes knew Core's existence much later.

Randall is more personal than The Core. (Randall has a strong beef with the main protagonist "Sully" for years because him being jealous of Sully in Monsters University is the reason why he has a beef with Sully in Monsters, Inc. and on the other hand The Core never had a strong beef with the main protagonist "Anne" before)

The main reason why I personally think Anne and Sasha are the two main protagonists of Amphibia because Anne is the one with the most screen time, she's the most prominent, she's King Andrias' archenemy, she's an important person to Sprig's life and she sacrificed herself to save Amphibia and Sasha could share the same main protagonist role with Anne in Season 3 (She's known to be Anne's leader and partner in Season 3), she's The Core's archenemy (The Core is the main antagonist of Amphibia), she redeemed herself, she's forgiven by everyone, she's a hero who directed the series' conflict (She's the reason why Captain Grime became a better leader to his toad army, her not wanting to support Marcy's interest, manipulating her entire friendship with Anne and Marcy, being the reason why Marcy is the direct cause of her friends to be at Amphibia and peer pressuring Anne to steal the music box is the reason why her, Anne and Marcy went to Amphibia in the first place, she the reason why Anne was known to be a selfish in Season 1, she's the reason why King Andrias found an easier way to invade earth, she's the reason why The Core used Marcy's body as a vessel and her not paying attention to Marcy is the reason why Marcy put her friends to Amphibia in the first place), she has far more screen time than and prominence than Leif, The Guardian and Valeriana and she's still the primary reason for the series' conflicts, and isn't an otherwise minor character, so overarching doesn't fit.

Central antagonist is a more prominent secondary antagonist who has more screen time and drives the plot more than the main antagonist because if the villains wiki admin (Lucariobot) gets the “central antagonist” term back those secondary antagonists would be central antagonists again.

The main reason why I personally think King Andrias and Captain Grime are the two central antagonists of Amphibia because King Andrias drive the series’ plot and he has more screen time than The Core and Captain Grime was known to be the series’ main antagonist before King Andrias and The Core outranked him and he has more screen time than King Andrias.

Central antagonist is a more prominent secondary antagonist who drives the plot and has more screen time than the main antagonist.

The main reason why I personally think Sasha can share the same overarching protagonist role with Leif, The Guardian and Valeriana because even though she was an antagonist in two seasons it's just her heroism in Season 3 might make us think that she's not an antagonist anymore, she redeemed herself in the end of Season 2, she's forgiven by everyone, she's the reason why Captain Grime became a better leader to his toad army, her not wanting to support Marcy's interest, manipulating her entire friendship with Anne and Marcy, being the reason why Marcy is the direct cause of her friends to be at Amphibia and peer pressuring Anne to steal the music box is the reason why her, Anne and Marcy went to Amphibia in the first place, she was the reason why Anne was known to be a selfish anti-hero in Season 1, she's the reason why King Andrias found an easier way to invade earth, she's the reason why The Core used Marcy's body, she's known to be Anne's leader in Season 3 and she's the source of all the series' conflict (it was revealed that her not paying attention to Marcy is the reason why Marcy put her friends to Amphibia in the first place).

The Core is the main antagonist of Amphibia because it's dead and defeat ended the series' main conflict.
