Mainly because I saw this terrifying Greek rip-off version with awful costumes and creepy music. I couldn't sleep for a few nights after I saw it, and I jumped out of my skin at every small noise I heard 😀

I wanna say it was called "Ta Stroumfakia feggari" or something like that 

Update: I tried to watch that movie again a few days ago (God know why I made such a stupid decision) and I'm still terrified of it

I swear to God Τα Στρουμφάκια στο φεγγάρι is cursed in some way. It is NOT a normal movie by any means.

I didn't watch the whole thing and mostly just fast-forwarded through it to see how it ended. The end credits left me with this feeling of emptiness and dread. Like something was watching me sit there and stare into the black abyss of my laptop screen, and was ready to pop out from under me and tear my Earthly body to shreds, dragging my soul with it into the fiery Underworld to rot for all eternity.

And it can't be a coincidence that all the actors in that movie seemingly disappeared after it was made. None of them have any acting credits to their names after this movie, and no other info can be found about them.

I've rewritten this comment a total of FOUR times, and each time it seemed something in my environment stopped me from posting it. THAT can't be a coincidence either.
