You know how Pollys head is like, way rounder than any other frog? I’d like to think she’s a froglet, which is a stage between tadpole and frog. And maybe sprig, who judging from the flashback was not a tadpole when their parents died, was a froglet then!
I think sprig was about 5-8 and Polly was about 0-3 when their parents were dead, that’s why they have hard time remember and their memories might blocked from that day
