Perhaps she's in an internship. I remember that she mentioned working with some kids. Or, she could've skipped a few grades and earned her license. It's possible. After all, former child prodigy Sho Yano became an M.D. at 21.

Becoming a licensed psychologist in the state of California is brutal. I doubt there are any shortcuts. Especially since she specializes in child psychology. Likely as not she's working through those supervised hours of practice as she completes the other steps towards getting her license to practice. At 23 years old with a five month gap in her education she's likely finishing up her doctorate.

Edit: My assessment of a five month gap in Sasha's education is incorrect. Anne came back from Amphibia after five months but Sasha and Marcy didn't. The wiki timeline had them all in Amphibia for approximately one year. Sasha, Marcy and likely Anne would have had to make up a year in their respective educations once they returned to earth.

I agree that Sasha has what it takes to work in the military, which is why I was surprised when the epilogue revealed that she's studying psychology. I didn't expect that at all. But I guess that was the point: the career path some people take as adults can differ from their childhood interests.

@Hawas1983 Yeah something like this for Sasha cause around a year suck in Amphibia meant she needs to catch up fast, while Marcy is sort of worse even if she was straight As (except PE) in SJMS when her brain got messed up by Andrias+Core.

@Von1988 True bud though after all this BS she got herself in which she ain't want to be in some military related career as she wanted to be out of harms way. Then again that's my opinion.
